if you mean transplant it into another pot, then you should do it right away, because your plant will start to grow roots and if you still have it in that small green pot, that the Coleus came with, then your plant won't have any room to grow. You should put it into a bigger pot and make sure it has holes at the bottom, so that when you water the plant, some water can drain out. And if you put some rocks at the bottom, that will give you better drainage. And then just add soil add dig a hole for your plant and place it in. Coleus like part shade and part sun, so I would put it someplace where it can get both throughout the day. They don't do well in full sun, but then can survive in full shade.
